I think the black thing was a bit of a failure... it was meant to be one of
those hardy trees that just dump all their leaves and end up looking like a
black stick but looking at it again I think it was just kind of just bad.

Interesting way of doing the legs of the horsemen. Is that a half-stud offset?
And is that the new 1x1 slope piece with no stud as their hips? If so, without
the stud, whats keeping the torsos in place?

Its a joystick threaded through a grille
plate (with ball underneath) and inserted into the torso. Works a charm and lets
the torso move forward and backward a little as well as left and right.
