MOCpage

Brickshelf Folder

Well, most of the info is already on the MOCpage so repeating it here would be kind of redundant.

In a nutshell:

1:17 scale (give or take)

-motorized intelligent (yeah, right) steering and propulsion

-Sponsored by Vayamenda Industries (a possibly imaginary enterprise)

-Also includes a nice little town sized equivalent

-No minifig chairs were harmed during the construction of these vehicles.

PLMK how you boogie.

Very nice use of the x928cx1 part.

It answers to a well known motorized steering problem in an elegant away.

Hi Peer,

Wow, that’s really a fantastic Formula One racer! I like the way you built the rear suspension!

But I have some questions on your motorized steering:
How can you make the wheels stay in an angled position? Doesn’t the hockey part always recenter them?

For my motorized models, I use this way of a remote controlled steering:

It uses one motor as a dynamo and works quite well.
I once built this model with this technique:

Perhaps you could give it a try.
