We (LDraw.org) are still trying to contact all the authors who have
contributed
to the Parts Library over the years but have not yet affirmed
the current
version of the Contributor Agreement

Below you will find a list of all the authors currently in the library and
the number of parts they created who have not yet affirmed the CA. If you
are one of these people, or know how to contact one or more of them, please
contact Willy (Ldraw@say.no.to.spam.holly-wood.it)(remove “say.no.to.spam.”)
via mail.
Parts created by non-CA authors will have to be stripped from the
re-distributable version and eventually be recreated by CA authors. As
recreating 363 parts will give the current authors a hard time, we realy
seek
the affirmation from the people on the list.

I asked the same question in the the ldraw.org steerco discussion and I was told
the following:
"the concept of the CA-affirmed library is that we can advertise it as
re-distributable, subject to the conditions of the CCLA. To publish something
and then say 'only certain files within this archive are re-distributable" won't
work.'"

he did. the list of authors includes also unofficial parts currently at the PT
for review. Fujiki made the Baseplate 24 x 32 with Driveways and Set 355 Dots
Pattern - 915p04.dat. check it out at:
http://www.ldraw.org/cgi-bin/ptdetail.cgi?f=parts/915p04.dat we would also have
to recreate this part before shipping it in an update.

tanks to many helping hands we made substantial progress in shorting the list
(did you notice that Steffen with his incredible number of 234 authored parts
is no longer on the list?). I updated the chart accordingly. please have a
look
and help tracking the missing authors (in particular authors with 10 and
more
parts).

You might try fredrigl as the username instead of glockner. I’m assuming you’ve
tried fredrigl at math.uio.no, since that’s the email address that he posted
here under. You might also try folk.uio.no, www.math.uio.no, mail.uio.no and
uio.no as host names with that username. He definitely had a username of
fredrigl at one time, since that’s the username of his main page on
www.math.uio.no and his posting email address. I’d guess he hasn’t been at that
school in quite a while, though, so all of those are likely to not work, but
they’re worth a try.
