Wow! Lugnet sure is quiet when you put .admin in the skip-filter.

I hope you guys don’t mind me interrupting the cultured debate about who gets to be the foulest villain in the Friendliest Place on the Internet -- but I’ve got news! Ludicrously overdue and long-awaited by some, maybe a non-event for most, but pretty exciting for me: the BrikWars 2005 tenth anniversary edition is out of the gate!

A pretty solid handful of chapters up in HTML form, with the rest imminently on the way; sorry I’m jumping the gun a little bit but I didn’t want to miss the chance to post the announcement on this most auspicious of all possible days. Hopefully the novelty will outshine the rough edges and some of you won’t mind a peek at some in-progress web formattery while I get the conversion all finished up.

Well I've never played Brikwars (or any previous incarnation...though I seem to remember finding some rules when I first discovered the online lego world...) but I have made rules on the spot with friends on quite a few occassions and always meant (...) (...) Excellent! My son (then 5, now 7) and I have been playing versions of this for years, and love it! nothing says "screw the rules and have fun" like playing BrikWars with a kid. (...) Cool! It's about time. I'm really pleased with what you've done to Structures, Squads, and I heart the Unit Cards. Be sure to make those available for printing out at 100%. But NO tech levels?
