<<followup-to lugnet.technic>> Hi there fellow LEGOmaniacs! I've done some updates to my site: 1) New project, a radio controlled Killough platform with a description of how the platform works and videos/photos of my version. (URL) got a new toy, a (...)         Re: RFC:LoTek updated with a RC Killough and videos of the Lynx tank —Gary E. Blessing
Thats interesting, I realy like it,....it is kinda weird to run wheels side-ways,I think so anyway. I can see where this would have a practical aplication. I think you just provided the propulsion for my next robotic project. Keep up the good work! (...) (23 years ago, 14-May-01, to lugnet.technic)

(...) It's wierd alright, but as most wierd things it's much fun too :) (...) Glad to be at service ,) (...) Thanks! (...) I bought a Kodak DC4800 and I think it's out of your range, I do a lot of photographing while biking and walking in the (...) (23 years ago, 15-May-01, to lugnet.technic)

Re: RFC:LoTek updated with a RC Killough and videos of the Lynx tank —Tony Hafner
Both of these creations are very cool, and your videos are nicely done. I really wish that LEGO would put out a simple RC set that would run a few motors. I think we'd see a lot more creations along these lines if there were a pure LEGO solution. (...) (23 years ago, 15-May-01, to lugnet.technic)

(...) Thanks! I need to redo some of them I noticed, perhaps not on the Killough and Lynx pages but the eight legged walker has some bugs in the movie. This is due to the video editing things going capput but I've fixed it now so... (...) I'm (...) (23 years ago, 15-May-01, to lugnet.technic)

Re: RFC:LoTek updated with a RC Killough and videos of the Lynx tank —Gaurav Thakur
(...) Those pictures look great! (especially that "huge" one on the Killough platform) What digital camera did you use to take those? I'm planning to get one sometime soon (since my current one isn't very good) but have not been able to decide which (...) (23 years ago, 16-May-01, to lugnet.technic)

Re: RFC:LoTek updated with a RC Killough and videos of the Lynx tank —Tobbe Arnesson
(...) Yes, I'm pretty happy with the quality, especially since I'm customed to use my video camera to capture "photos". I bought a more expensive camera since I do a lot of photographing in the nature and such while biking/walking. I bought a Kodak (...) (23 years ago, 16-May-01, to lugnet.technic)

Re: RFC:LoTek updated with a RC Killough and videos of the Lynx tank —Jennifer Clark
Good work Tobbe, one thing I noticed immediately is that your models move really quickly (or have you just speeded the film up? :-) I love the Killough platform, and the descriptions of the various movements make a lot of sense. I'd like to make a (...) (23 years ago, 16-May-01, to lugnet.technic)

Re: RFC:LoTek updated with a RC Killough and videos of the Lynx tank —Tobbe Arnesson
(...) Yeah, I try to make them move as fast as possible w/o comprimising to much raw power. It's more fun to drive a fast model with radio control you see. All movies are 100% speed except the slow motion shot on the Lynx page ,) (...) (...) (23 years ago, 16-May-01, to lugnet.technic)
