I just wanted to let people know that I still have some of these packs, with
not just the Kanohi Huna (that has been available in TRU in the US) but also
the still exclusvie Kanohi Komau, and at a much more reasonable price than
they have been going for on ebay.  Also I would be happy to trade for
Booster Packs or McDonalds Tohunga - and if anyone's likely to have those
it's you guys ;-) plus I'm always open to offers! You can see them in
Jimbo's Bionicle Bitz in Brickbay's UK shops.
I know this is a bit of a shameless plug (for which I feel guilty) so if you
mention LUGNET within an order I will increase my voluntary membership fee
by $0.50 per pack sold (which at 3.3% is slightly more than the Brickbay
fees, and so seems like a fair amount)  I hope nobody has a problem with
this, but I'm sure you'll let me know if you do!

Are the McD's promos running in EU at all?

I spoke to McD UK Headquarters who confirmed that NO Lego promotions at all
were planned for either this year or next year :-(
Also - on a side note - I was annoyed to find out that the "new exclusive
mask" that Legoland Windsor have been promising turned out to be the exact
same trans-green Miru that California have been giving away.

Yeah - you have no idea have racked off I was. I'd gotten myself all
psyched-up for a new exclusive mask, got down there, and...
...trans-green Miru.  When I moaned at the girl on the desk, she said that I
could swap it with members of staff who had exclusive masks!! So off I set,
only to find that her idea of exclusive (as worn by every single member of
staff) was an orange Mahiki - can you get any LESS exclusive than that?!?
So along with a truck-load of Copper masks, I now have a shed-load of
Trans-green ones.  Hoorah - not!
Clearly Legoland Windsor is the poor relation to both Denmark and California
and doesn't deserve it's own Kanohi.

It's the trans-green Miru. Same as the Legoland CA version. I think James
posted that here a little while back.

The pressure is starting to tell on poor old Tahu.  He made a brief
appearance at Legoland Windsor yesterday, but the stress of fighting Rahi,
searching for those Kanohi, and saving Mata Nui is clearly taking it's toll.
He couldn't stand up straight, and the poor chappy could hardly walk.  It's
hard work being a Toa and this one looked like it's time he quit!

Check out the pictures of him...

You just need to randomly hit combinations of buttons to make them all light
up.  It's frustrating, but it eventually happens.

Random my eye! Hitting a button changes it's status (i.e. if it's lit, it
goes out; if it's out, it lights) and that of the buttons horizontally or
vertically adjacent to it (not diagonally).  Therefore pressing a button in
the middle of the top row will change the whole row.  The one on bottom left
will change itself, the one above it, and the one to it's right.  The middle
button will change the five buttons forming a "plus" sign in the centre.
And so on.  Remember that pressing a button will not necessarily turn those
next to it ALL on, or ALL off - it will merely change them, according to
their status at the time.

Did that make ANY sense?!?
