It is long (30 studs?) yellow axle.
The motorcycle body consists of 2 parts, black body and white hood.
Handlebars are non-movable. As far I can say, also wheels and tires are new.

Plus, I see some interesting bits in there... fire helmets in chrome 1x1x 2/3 slopes in trans-dk-blue 3 or 4 kinds of doors (including the flip-up-open) on that one fire (...) (20 years ago, 17-Nov-04, to lugnet.year.2005)
