Hmm, that looks like the Jack Stone 2 wheeled bike. I can't tell if those
are minifig or Jack Stone sets.

Plus, I see some interesting bits in there... fire helmets in chrome 1x1x 2/3 slopes in trans-dk-blue 3 or 4 kinds of doors (including the flip-up-open) on that one fire (...)
