Re: Price Analysis For Some Summer 2003 Sets

(...) Except for the rover which I'm not as sure about (although it has a LOT of parts) I feel thse are all really great prices based on what I saw. The shuttle especially is a treasure trove of parts as well as being a very nifty model in its own (...) (22 years ago, 18-Feb-03, to lugnet.year.2003)

Re: Price Analysis For Some Summer 2003 Sets

(...) Spot on! www.figures.com has nice big pictures, and one can read the MSRP on the placards. $50 for the Shuttle (I can see that... it's not *gigantic*), $30 for the smaller Mars set, $20 for the Apollo set, and $90 for the large Mars Rover.   Re: New LEGO photos from Toy Fair 2003

(...) I agree. I'm stunned by the new Town and micro-fig scale space sets. The space station looks cool, and I'm glad to see the Apollo CSM/LM set. The Discovery Mission to Mars set looks especially interesting since it contains both a micro-fig (...) (22 years ago, 17-Feb-03, to lugnet.year.2003)

Re: Price Analysis For Some Summer 2003 Sets

(...) The shuttle, $49.99? No way. At least $69.99, probably more. It's way to big to be that cheap. (22 years ago, 17-Feb-03, to lugnet.year.2003)

Price Analysis For Some Summer 2003 Sets

Hey Y'all, After seeing that all of the new Summer 2003 set still don't have prices printed on the prototype boxes, I've decided to try to predict the prices for some of the sets. Based on the fact TLC mostly uses 'fixed' prices ($6.99, $9.99, (...) (22 years ago, 17-Feb-03, to lugnet.year.2003, lugnet.general)

Re: New LEGO photos from Toy Fair 2003

(...) Yeah, me too! Now I can finally stop telling people that I'm mentally 12 because if I was to grow older, I would have to stop playing with my LEGO. Mark "quick, think of a new excuse to stay 12!" de Kock (22 years ago, 17-Feb-03, to lugnet.year.2003)

Re: New LEGO photos from Toy Fair 2003

(...) It looks like the back edge of the display table showing through so I'm guessing a printed window in that frame. Pretty cool looking actually. John #388 (22 years ago, 17-Feb-03, to lugnet.year.2003, lugnet.harrypotter)
