(...) Some of both, it looks like. The orange formula 1 racer seems to have a full minifig, as would the canopied 4X4 I'd imagine...the rest seem to have minifig heads and helmets on a blob body, similar to the current racers. Matt (25 years ago, 30-Oct-01, to lugnet.year.2002)
