I assume by toy fair its the same sort of 'not open to the public' type they
have in the UK for the manufacturers to show their wares to the retailers.

If so, then they wouldnt be holding anything back - these events are meant
to get order for the coming year.

Toy fairs may not be for the public, but the public somehow always finds
out, especially the internet public; This is why some things, like the HP
sets in this case, are even more restricted in access.  There's a lot of
people that can get into toy fairs, and it's impossible to keep the spies out.
