In my never ending pursuit of the perfect Thomas MOC, there has been a HUGE
development:
Years ago I begged Ben Fleskes to make some BBB wheels in blue. Though Im
not sure it was because of my begging, he has FINALLY produced BBB wheels in
blue (among other colors!), and not only that, he created a new medium size
that actually works out even better for me! wOOt!
So here is my version of Thomas with his smart new wheels, a new blue
superheater dome, and a fleshie engineer:
All I need now is for the binoculars to come in gold, and the 1x2x2 thin
walls with the portholes to come in blue, and it will be impossible to
improve upon;-)
Oh, and I need some good decals.... paging Mike Fetsko, paging Eric
Olson....email me!
Peep peep!

You are like those kids who think every loco is Thomas... whoops, wrong thread
;-)
Thats a really nice interpretation. Interesting that youve not gone down the
SNOT lining route, Im still in two minds as to whether its a good thing on a
model this size. My impression is that the proportions are more those of Thomas
from the film than Thomas from the Rev Awdrey book, which isnt a critism, more
an observation that you have looked carefully enough to capture them. No
coupling rods?
