Believe it or not, the "local" club for Bakersfield may be SCLTC. Two of our
members, Tiffeny Thompson and Chadd Nervig, live in Bakersfield. You probably
met them an NMRA this summer. We have third member who lives in that area as
well (she's under 18, so I'm not posting her name here). Email contacts are
<first_name>@scltc.org. Tiffeny just drove from Bakersfield to San Diego this
past weekend to setup our annual winter show at the San Diego Model Railroad
Museum, as she has many times in the past, so she's definitely hard core.

| Everyone, A recent friend of mine, (actually a customer at the Atlanta LEGO store) is moving back to Bakersfield, CA. She's a builder, with a rather unique way of building--she builds entirely by touch (yes, she does not have the gift of sight like (...) (16 years ago, 18-Nov-08, to lugnet.trains.org.scltc)
