I think one thing that can be a big help is to have an advocate with in the
mall, such as one of the stores. A big part of us getting our space is the
support of the LEGO store in the mall. They have worked with the mall management
to help us find a location, set up open house times and have signs displayed in
the mall promoting our display.
So if you don't have a mall with a LEGO brand store, find one with a hobby store
or a toy store. If the store pushes for you I think it can really make a
difference for a club.
