I don't think that the parts are too rare. Here is the official Spamcake Diner
web site-- see for yourself (although I know that the outside has undergone
subsequent revision since those pics were taken-- I saw the completed model at the
Kidvention:-)

True, but I think that it would be best to follow the original as closely as
possible (and why not, it's an awesome MOC!) I just would want Tom to get the
credit (maybe we call them "Tom McDonald's Spamcake Diner"?).
