(1) the only one that really took any digging was the 10024 windshield part because I had to dig it out of the posted model. (...) Indeed they are. You can get (...)   Re: Draft of a new driver wheel

(...) Sorry,I have not had time to read all of the posts on this subject. I would love to see TLC make these wheels. But, I don't think that they ever will. SADLY ,the 12v era has gone. Even though 12v wheels still work fine on 9v .rails. Being this (...) (21 years ago, 6-Nov-03, to lugnet.trains, FTX)

Nice find Larry! The Trolley is really great. The support of the 3 stud wide front window is still a bit of a mystry. The creator says "The middle window is suspended by a connection to the light piece." I'm not sure what that means? I certainly (...) (26 years ago, 29-Jan-99, to lugnet.trains)

(...) You can test this for yourself. Measure the voltage of a 9v battery with your voltmeter, then measure it again in series with a 10K resistor. It's still 9V! Now, think of all those track pieces (and joints) as tiny little resistors... :-) Mark (21 years ago, 14-Nov-03, to lugnet.trains)

(...) I would buy 12 axels, in all three colours !! Red , Black & Gray. Total 36 axels @ $10us each ??? = $360us ??? But, for me to spend that sort of money the design would have to be perfected. So that they work perfectly on 9v & 12v rails. And (...) (21 years ago, 7-Nov-03, to lugnet.trains, FTX)

HELP! Train motors dead and dieing!

Hello all, I have two 9v train motors, one from 'My Own Train' (two years ago) and another from bricklink about a year ago. The problem is that they make terrible contact with the rails. Originally when I got them they worked fine but then, sadly, (...) (21 years ago, 12-Nov-03, to lugnet.trains)
