Real remote switch point

I browsed most of articles that I can find at Internet, it seems there
is no anybody created some real remote switch point? I mean the switch
will be activated automatically! Here is my train display:
There is a loop track, then there are 2 freight stations, one is in side
rail with a switch point, one is primary rail, when train moves near
point, the point will be moved to side rail automatically, train goes
into side rail and dump goods, then back to primary rail, this time,
switch point will be switched to primary rail automatically, then train
go on moving in loop rail, it will be stopped at next station, then wait
to be upload goods, then go on. repeat this program.
I am not sure if it is easy pr difficult, does anyone try similar show
or display?
