Hi Chris,
yes we had a lot of fun, even if it was a hard kind of work to bring all our
Lego models to the airport. We have had more than 250 kilogramms of that stuff
there. Now it's all back at our homes and I fear it will take weeks to sort and
store all things in the right place again.
I'm quite lucky, that there are a couple of Lego train fans here in the north
of Germany. In Brunswick there are three maniacs, and just 70 km away in
Hannover there are a few more.
But our meeting was even visited by people who had to drive over 500 km (one
direction) just for saying hello. Most of them have known each other only by
posting in the German Lego® Forum, a small newsgroup, which is quite popular
under German Lego fans. So it was great to meat all these guys in real life. We
did a lot of trading and talking of Lego in general.
BTW: Now there are nearly a hundred pictures online; hope you enjoy them! I
will devide the one page soon into some subpages to reduce the loading time.
Best Regards,
Ben
