It is a quick way to CAD layouts, and the nice thing is that you can import
your TrackDraw schematics right into SketchUp as well. Of course, these are
simply snapshots of the layouts-- one can manipulate them 360 degrees to view
at any angle with the program. Its pretty wild for a graph paper guy like
me! :-)

This is definitely cool. Its a much clearer way to see the table layout than
you can easily get from viewing a photo. I like the way the banners around the
table look slightly rippled. Was that intentional, or is it just from using a
photo of a rippled banner?
Now that NELUG is getting more three-dimensional with our train layouts, we
might think about taking our Track Designer layouts and doing something like
this.
