Thanks to you and Jeff for your responses. FYI, my son, who is 9, loves the
Lego trains. He's adding the second oval to his set. He has some bionicle and
star wars, but by far he spends the most time with his trains because he can
envision and build so many more designs with the train/city line (rail cars,
buildings, roads, etc.) Some of his friends have gotten into the train line
since playing with him. When I watch the boys with theme sets like star wars, I
see them pretty much stuck to the story line and they tend to build the set and
let it sit. With the trains, their imaginations go wild. I hope Lego keeps
some type of trains, whether 9V or other...
