3) Renders are strongly recommended. Real bricks are a sign of decadence.
4) Any deviation from these rules must be cleared by me.

Unfortunately I don’t have the ‘unlimited powers of messing with you’ here,
unlike JLUG. Suffice to say that I think the above is all CRAP, to put it
mildly, because everyone knows, Diesels rool.
