Are those Thomas Duplo sets available in retail yet, or are they direct-only? And is Bob the Builder still on the retail market?

From Set 5890 that I bought for my daughter a long time ago... It originally started out as a lampshade;-)

I had a lampshade that, a few hours into the party, ended up as a hat.
