My Final Iteration of Thomas the Tank Engine

I have finally built what I believe is the closest design of a LEGO Thomas one can build compared to the original Thomas, given the current parts available (save the Thomas face I used, which would need to be a new part, but which I included for effect:-)



Some notes:
  • wheels would need to be created in blue, as would the R2-head superheater on Thomas’ boiler.

  • 1x2x2 thin walls could be printed with circle windows for added effect.

  • few more pics HERE
There are a few other minor details that could be improved, but basically, here it is TLC! So let’s get that Thomas license nailed down, and let’s fire up that mold(s) for those drivers wheels, because I know many people would like to see them come out in other colors as well!
