Id really love to see a
video come out that goes behind the scenes in filming those videos-- to
see the sets and all.

I remeber reading an article in the British magazine Model Railway
Constructor about the production of the Thomas the Tank Engine series. My dad
still has the magazine so next time I visit Ill see if I can scan you a
copy. The model were Gauge 1 and radio controlled, with the faces also radio
controlled.

Cool! That would be excellent, Tim! Funny, one cant really even gauge scale
from having seen the videos (I personally thought that they were closer to LEGO
scale), but gauge 1 is larger.
I actually own a gauge 1 Thomas (and James), although they are really cheap. I
have always wanted to kitbash them and use the wheels and create LEGO versions
of them. I think some day I will....
