  My building experience of Jakes' GP-38

(...) Ah, but how did it cope with double bends? The Hornby APT, which uses either slanted mounts or a contoured track, rises up on double bends in a most unprototypical fashion. My Pendolino doesn't rise up. Also, the pantographs don't tilt on the (...) (21 years ago, 1-Apr-04, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.loc.uk)
