If it ever does get made in trans-black, it will be part #44572, but if it had
been made prior to last year, it would have been part #2582. Escape From Privet
Drive was the last set released using the old finger-hinge version.
Oddly enough, the windows on that train car are, indeed, #44572. It's clearly
intended to go with the Hi-Speed Train, so best guess is that he's trying to
stick to parts that would have legitimately been used on this if it would be
released as an official set.
