Hey Chris,

Had the exact same problem with mine.  I think you are correct in assumming
that it is the stiffness of the decals that causes the problem.  I just kept
pressing them back down whenever I remembered.

Doubt there's a fix that wouldn't involve glue, so I'm just gonna leave mine
alone.  I usually toss out decals that lay across multiple bricks anyway.

I've put the decals on my Santa Fe cars and engine, and most are staying • on
OK but the ones on the curved fuel tanks are popping off from the curved
part. I live in a quite dry environment, so perhaps the decal glue doesn't
work as well here. What's the best way to keep them on? Some kind of thin
glue in very small quantities, I expect. Anyone done something like this?
Interestingly, the decals for the warbonnet and the front numbers do stay
on on the engine, but its fuel tank ones don't, so this isn't anything to
do with a specific batch of decals. Guessing, I'd say that the stiffness
of the decal itself is causing the problem - most of it is straight, and
so it tends to want to be all straight.
