I rebuilt my Challenger (for about the 20th time) to use the drive wheels
designed by Ben Fleskes.

Hey, thanks for the update! Nothing beats field trials!
Whats your current blind/flanged configuration? Still going
flange/blind/flange to get the 8 stud total spacing, or something different?

Definitely flaged/blind/flanged, but I cant remember the spacing. I havent
modified the blind wheels for the new experimental closer spacing, so I think
its 5 studs between wheels.
Ill probably end up re-de-flanging (John make new word!) the two middle axles,
that will allow me to move the flanged wheels closer and shorten this beastie by
three or four studs. Believe me, every bit I can shorten it will help - it was
clipping one of our bridges on every loop of the layout!
