I was leaning towards the clear ones since they're a "neutral" color. Do the
clear ones make the skyscraper look goofy?

In lugnet.build, Tony Kilaras writes:
I want to buy some 1x4x3 wall elements for building a skyscraper.
What looks better: the clear ones (3507) or the tinted blue ones
(3447)?

I've used both in my buildings, but the blue ones are most visible in the • one
tower I built. I think the color helps with scale. In a real building, in • the
sunlight, you can't see inside very well.
