8-wide yes. After Manfred's comments I reworked the nose section, quite
pleased with it now.
http://www.vanree.net/~javanree/lego/images/br144-try2.jpg shows the
current status, coming along quite nicely.
Last big hurdle will be the bogies, and I might alter the sides a bit,
the trans-white windows and the rosters don't work well together. Might
go for some 2*2 airliner windows instead. I just hope I'll be able to
build this thing ...
