While it is disappointing to lose the prototypical appearance of three pairs of
doors on each side of a car, and the visual effect of the longest subway cars
in the world (or so), these new editions are a fair compromise between
authenticity and operability on a layout. The final touch might be some
underbody detail. And for the true sticklers, a fourth car!
