Hi,Dejan,
12v trais always came with an oval of rails and conductor rails:at least a
couple of straight pieces was present (I mean 4 rails and 2 conductor rails).
Speed regulator,afaik,was never included.
But,if you sell them without rails,no problem,you'll sell them anyway :-)
