No, the 4565 uses:
2 red 6584 Train Base 6 x 24 and
2 red 4093 Train Base 6 x 28
You can see the use of the base 6x24 in the second page of 4565 manual:

I can't remember of any differences, besides color, in the base 6x24 from MOT and the base 6x24 from 4565. I will check it.
