(...) part (...) Yep. The non slotted ones are from sets that did not use it as train track, as the ties fit into the slots. I believe that 6761 is not unique in having pieces like this, but don't hold me to it! James P (24 years ago, 2-Jan-01, to lugnet.trains)

Today, I was looking at a 6761 with the thought of parting a few out. That set contains two parts that I would describe as a 1 x 16 tile with a raised serated edge lengthwise on the top. Examination of the bottom shows a p/n of 3228. Partsref tells (...) (24 years ago, 2-Jan-01, to lugnet.trains)
