(...) I've built a Thomas and a Toby, both on 4.5v motors. The obvious candidates are the blue, red and black ones though because even if you have enough green bricks, they will not be 'Percy' or 'Henry' Green which is totally unacceptable in the (...) (24 years ago, 20-Jun-00, to lugnet.trains)

The European gears were connected to axles, whereas the Samsonite gears were connected to bricks, plates and wheels. What makes dating even more (...) Well this morning I shipped of the NELUG Boxcar to the folks at GMLTC for the kidvention in July. After the kidvention the Boxcar will be routed north to be included in the PNLTC world record event.
