During Christmas Break my mom dug up some photographs of when I was 9 or 10 years old. To my surprise one photograph showed the first train locomotive I built. John and I had a great conversation on Friday and one of the topics that came up is what exactly we would want out of a club. We agreed that too much structure can be detrimental as people get sucked up into the structure aspects instead of the (...)
