Frank, Kathryn is powered by an old 12v motor pulling power from a dummy 9v mechanism in the tender. The old 12v motors generally run quieter, smoother, slower, and just look better for steam loks than the 9v ones. The new 9v motors, however, are (...) (...) That seems hard to believe! Are you, for instance, putting stickers on all sides and faces of those 1x1 with side studs? That is a lot of VERY fine sticker work. Brain, Wow, those are some very impressive examples of your work. I'd love to see in some more detail on how you create the stickers. It's hard to believe that the three green bricks on the front of your "Kathryn" are not painted and only covered (...)
