(...) The show was a success! In the end only Reed and I were able to attend. Attempting to set-up and take down a 10 table lay-out with only two people turned out to be quite a task! (...) Sounds like a new and improved 12-volt system. It does eliminate one of the three problems that I felt the 12-volt system had; reverse polarity in turn-abouts. The biggest problem the 12-volt system had was that it was never avalable here in (...) (17 years ago, 15-Oct-07, to lugnet.trains)

(...) I tried to run the SLTC trains from my bull-dozer controller at our last public show but was unsuccessfull on all channels. I have not tried the RC train controller to drive my bull dozer but i doubt it would work. I susspect the signals are (...) (17 years ago, 14-Oct-07, to lugnet.trains)

I am trying to determine whether there is any compatibility between the RC trains infrared remote-control protocol and the Power-Functions infrared-protocol. Does anybody know definitely whether a Power-Functions transmitter has any effect on an (...) (17 years ago, 14-Oct-07, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.robotics, lugnet.technic)
