(...) Yes, the drivers are attached to the frame, for the reasons Shaun explains above and because that's how the real ones are built. By making the pilot and trailing trucks pivot closely to the drivers, I was able to keep the drivers over the (...) (22 years ago, 13-Jan-03, to lugnet.trains)

(...) Yes, the loco is very "clean" - it was inspired by European designs of the day (not very American looking, I agree). Right now neither tender truck has DCC. The plan is to swap out "stock" motors for DCC motors which would mean that there (...) (22 years ago, 13-Jan-03, to lugnet.trains)

LUCNY held it's first public display at the Syracuse Oncenter Convention Center in Syracuse, NY this past weekend, January 11th and 12th. (...) Our mall display was also at a similar mall (though it does get a bit more teen traffic than South Hills). Of course we were also inside a lockable store...
