Hi folks, I delurked on .space a while ago, but I'll say a quick hello to everyone else! I've been thinking about building large scale Lego trains for a while, but I've only recently sorted my sets and been able to start building. Here's the first, (...) I was looking at the new train catalog and noticed that Santa Fe Super Chief locomotive pictured in two places was built with the dark grey bars that were incorrectly shipped with the first batch of 10020 sets. The picture of the train on the cover (...) (23 years ago, 28-Jul-02, to lugnet.trains)

This looks a little complicated, teh inner port of the circle is the switch, but it also connects to the outer part, so you cannot just rewire it. And not using that part will cause to have power out at all times (which I guess is 1.25V, I donne (...) (23 years ago, 28-Jul-02, to lugnet.trains)
