| (...) For 1980s 12v, the answer is "mostly". The 9v train motor has the same form factor as the 1980s 12v train motor. However, you will not be able to use the side rods, or the 3rd set of wheels (actually, I did pop a 3rd set of wheels into a 9v (...) (23 years ago, 15-Oct-01, to lugnet.trains)
