(...) Yes. When you set the power for an output port actually you select the duty cycle of a square wave. The granularity depends on firwmare. I have controlled LEGO trains via the RCX many times. The question is how to control the speed of the train under a finer ganularity then just the native power levels. snip ...this comment has promise!
