  Any news on 4519?

Does anyone have any solid info on when the 9V Cross Track will be available? I have 2 on backorder, and I got a note last month that said end of May. I called this morning to change my order (from 1 to 2) and she said "looks like sometime in July" (...) (26 years ago, 26-Apr-99, to lugnet.trains)

  Re: 4555 available in canada

You might try again. US S@H had a few of both 4552 and 4555 a couple of weeks ago. The ones I got had been beat around a bit with dented boxes, etc so it looks like they're getting to the bottom of the barrel. (...) (26 years ago, 26-Apr-99, to lugnet.trains)

(...) selling it to me? (...) -full- range of train (...) James - My last knowledge of the availability of 4552 was that US S@H was not taking orders for this set. They claimed that it was "discontinued" the last time I checked. However, that was (...) (26 years ago, 26-Apr-99, to lugnet.trains)

  Re: Track slope...

  At last! 4564 and 4555.

Hello again! At last I am ready to sell my 4564 and 4555. See details on lugnet.auction and rec.toys.lego. Have bought a 6991, but not received it yet. If it is complete, og nearly complete I will consider a trade for old train sets. Regards Hugo (...) (26 years ago, 25-Apr-99, to lugnet.trains)

  4555 available in canada

As above, I have a 4555 now on order from S@H Canada. Anyone interested in ordering a 4552 (in the US) and selling it to me? (last I checked, Lego Canada still didn't carry the -full- range of train stuff, and since that is old stock...) James (...) (26 years ago, 25-Apr-99, to lugnet.trains)

  Re: Track slope...

(...) hmm...actually, the trademark name is "magnahdsion" (or some spelling thereove) and belongs to Hornby Railways. Used on such (wonderful) engines as my Lord of The Isles, Rocket, and dockyard shunter... (yep, I have OO gauge trains too...heck, (...) (26 years ago, 25-Apr-99, to lugnet.trains)

  Re: Track slope...

(...) enough. (...) train (...) Ya, but you had to have seen what it is like when it is a 25 straight long stretch to a curve at 23 bricks high, at speed :). (25 straight long, starting at 52 bricks, going to 23 bricks=very steep grade) Lets put it (...) (26 years ago, 25-Apr-99, to lugnet.trains)

Re: GMLTC to show at NMRA Nat'l Convention

(...) Old Polish folktale, actually: Seems this thief was caught redhanded. He was brought in front of the king and the king sentenced him to death. The thief, pleading for mercy, claimed that he could teach horses to sing, and that further, if the (...) (26 years ago, 25-Apr-99, to lugnet.loc.us.mn.msp, lugnet.trains, lugnet.off-topic.fun)
