For those of you in the New York City area, feel free to check out the display! In addition to our city, some folks from The LEGO Company set up an animatronic display complete with cameras and flat-screen TVs... very cool!


I actually got a chance to see this in person. Quite nice. Lots of detail and something going on everywhere you look.

One thing that caught my eye was the fire truck in the lower part of this picture:

It is built 5 wide. Front view has it looking (to me) like a 70’s Seagrave.

The minifig-scale city of "Bricktropolis" is built on a 6-foot (...) (18 years ago, 28-Jun-06, to lugnet.announce, lugnet.town, lugnet.loc.us.ny.ny, FTX) !
