Hi! Here are some photos of a project that I've had on the backburner for more than a year or two now, and which still is unfinished: a model of my parents' house. (URL) Brickshelf folder> It was built mostly with pieces from my pre-dark-age period, (...) (19 years ago, 12-Apr-06, to lugnet.town, lugnet.build.arch, FTX)

(...) Very cool. This sort of architecture renders so well in Lego with the right hands and you seem to have those hands. My favourite detail is the pipe down the side and the handrails but it is all very nicely done. Thanks, Tim (19 years ago, 9-Apr-06, to lugnet.build.arch, lugnet.town)

It's the third building built after a real-life example... first was my brewery "Hengelo bier", which in desolate state is still in existance today : (URL) second building was a post-WW2 standard house designed for the Dutch Railways, to house (...) (...) Hi there Jan-Albert! I like the house very much! I have seen pictures of it before. Pretty amazing architecture for 1924. I also like doing LEGO versions of real houses and buildings. Is this the first building like this you have done or do (...) (19 years ago, 9-Apr-06, to lugnet.build.arch, lugnet.town)

After a long period of silence from my part when it comes to MOC's, I'm proud to finally present : the Rietveld-Schröder house! I've created a MOC Pages site for it, (URL) contains some facts about the real building as well, which is well worth (...) (19 years ago, 9-Apr-06, to lugnet.build.arch, lugnet.town) !!

(...) I like it, except the windshield seems too blocky. I'm not sure what to do about that using existing technology[1]. In my experience, the windshields on semi tractors are usually quite small and come in two pieces (left and right hand sides). (...) (19 years ago, 7-Apr-06, to lugnet.town)

(...) Very nice. I particularly like the white waffle-bottom plates as doors and the stacks of 1X1 round plates as awnings. David (19 years ago, 5-Apr-06, to lugnet.build, lugnet.town)

I wanted to try to use the new fender elements that come with many of the little racers sets on a truck cab. I was also feeling that my trucks with 4 wide cabs were looking a little wimpy. I wanted to beef them up a little. This is what I was able (...) (19 years ago, 4-Apr-06, to lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.town)
