It’s a small colonial-era northern house with a loft. There is a central fireplace, a table with chairs, and some other furniture downstairs; a couple of beds (and a cat) upstairs. It doesn’t open on hinges, but it can be built with or without the back of the roof, as well as the back wall for that matter.

This is actually a model I designed, bought all new parts for, and prepared instructions as a gift for my wife a couple years ago. She’s into doll houses so I thought she’d enjoy this (and I was right). I figured since I have pictures of it anyway, I might as well post them.

I like it.

I could see building several copies of this or something similar for a row of houses (perhaps with David Kohrman’s two story beauties across the street for the higher rent district) at a show

Thanks for sharing.
