Its a small colonial-era northern house with a loft. There is a central
fireplace, a table with chairs, and some other furniture downstairs; a couple
of beds (and a cat) upstairs. It doesnt open on hinges, but it can be built
with or without the back of the roof, as well as the back wall for that
matter.
This is actually a model I designed, bought all new parts for, and prepared
instructions as a gift for my wife a couple years ago. Shes into doll
houses so I thought shed enjoy this (and I was right). I figured since I
have pictures of it anyway, I might as well post them.

Hey Joe,
Welcome! Your house is quite good. It has very clean and simple lines. Very
classic. The inside is well laid out and the loft actually has access into it.
Very good! Houses with magic access to the second floor have always irritated
me a bit. Even when I used to build them. :-) Way to go, keep it up!

Josh
