Here is an MOC of the star of one of my all-time favorite movies, Chitty
Chitty Bang Bang. Though I built her over a year ago, Ive only recently
taken the time to snap off some pics (The girth of the minifigs necessitated
that I exclude Truly:-() One other disappointment was not being able to
utilize the newer, Adventurers wheels (not available in red yet) mounted on
a 2 x4 plate with pins, rather than the old bulky and unsightly 2x4 brick
wheel holders.
There are some clever building techniques, mostly as a result from
consultations with my 12 year son, Ross;-)
Hope you enjoy my fine, four-fendered friend!

John,
This is really great. I saw CCBB a few months ago, and was wondering how well
one could make a CCBB in LEgo, I see you can do it very well.
When I get the hankering for making some old time cars, Ill have to go back to
this for inspiration, the horn, and fenders and rounded hood are all very well
done.
Thanks,
George
