Nice!
It's probably very difficult to get to work, but I think the
antennae mast would look better as tilted columns, than as
you have drawn it with "steps". You could also just make one
single column of alternating red and white girder column
pieces (which _would_ need some support).
Have you thought of making a ray-traced image of the town?
Even though LDraw is very good for building instructions, I
don't find that it gives a fair presentation of a completed
construction.
