  Sidewalks for Minifig Safety

Sidewalks are a topic I am interested in hearing peoples thoughts on. When building your city, do you include sidewalks? I have found that some town builders use tiles for sidewalks, which seems strange to me. Yes, it does match the "pavement" of (...) (22 years ago, 21-Aug-02, to lugnet.town)

New roads available now! (was Re: City/Town Buses MOCs out there???)

In lugnet.town, Frank Filz writes: (snip) (...) The new road baseplates are now online on S@H (is it old news?) for $6,99 US. (URL) now 6 studs each side. The grey of the road seems to be darker than the old roads. Pierre (22 years ago, 21-Aug-02, to lugnet.town)

Re: City/Town Buses MOCs out there???

(...) If you mix with trains at all, busses and trucks should be 6-wide. If you build trains at 8-wide (or 10-wide), busses and trucks should be similarly wider. The good news for those who like 6-wide or even 8-wide vehicles is the Jack Stone road (...) (22 years ago, 21-Aug-02, to lugnet.town)

Re: City/Town Buses MOCs out there???

Hello! (...) No buses, but this site is BRILLIANT! I wish EVERYONE who did CAD stuff would do this. It makes people who are MOC illiterate (like myself) able to make some great MOCs. Too bad there are so few models! Brendan Duck360198@aol.com (22 years ago, 21-Aug-02, to lugnet.town)

Re: City/Town Buses MOCs out there???

Hello all! (...) Thanks a lot for all of your input. There are some FANTASTIC buses out there. I have to say that Pierre's is the best one...for what I want to do with my town. But it seems to me that if one wants to make a functional bus (i.e. (...) (22 years ago, 21-Aug-02, to lugnet.town)

Whoa, that's pretty neat there. A tiny machine like that could lift such a large piece of equipment? Incredible, remarkable... -Harvey (22 years ago, 20-Aug-02, to lugnet.build, lugnet.town, lugnet.trains)

  Abston College Christ Chapel

My next small church project... (URL) be a little larger than the GATS Church. I intended this would be portable, but it's pretty fragile. I'll probably not finish it until I've disassembled the Abston Church of Christ, so I can use that table, and (...) (...) Yeah, this one is mine. Thanks Jude! :-) Brendan, try to do a search with "bus" on Brickshelf, you'll get some cool results. I know there's much more buses on Brickshelf but, unfortunatly, many people don't take the time to rename their files (...) (22 years ago, 20-Aug-02, to lugnet.town)

(...) Do you mean 2 pairs (4 tracks, 8 rails) or just 4 rails (2 tracks, or 1 pair of tracks)??? The picture only shows 1 pair of tracks (in each direction... there's another pair running the other way) Neat device, thanks for sharing! (...)   City/Town Buses MOCs out there???

Hi there! I was just wondering if anyone has links to City/Town buses MOCs that I could look at. I need a transportation system for my Town and would like some insight and examples. Thanks a lot! :-) Brendan Duck360198@aol.com (22 years ago, 20-Aug-02, to lugnet.town)
